Taking over the management of a small B&B in the French countryside for two months was an incredible experience. The owners provided clear instructions, but I still had the flexibility to bring my personal touch to the daily operations. I enjoyed welcoming guests, preparing breakfast, and making sure everything ran smoothly. It was a great way to immerse myself in a new environment while gaining valuable hospitality experience. I would definitely do it again !
